Chelsea Luxen

CEO & Co-founder - BS, MBA

With over nine years of experience in the MedTech industry and six years specifically in wound care, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the market and the critical challenges we face in this field.

As CEO, my primary focus is on steering the strategic direction of ParaNano Wound Care. I’m committed to ensuring that every product we develop is not only innovative but also addresses the real-world needs of patients and healthcare providers. I believe in the power of collaboration and work to empower my team, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving that drives our success.

My expertise in new product development, business growth, customer discovery, and project management has been crucial in helping us secure significant funding. We’ve achieved milestones such as an SBIR Phase I Contract with the DHA in 2022 and an Oklahoma Applied Research Support Grant in 2023, which have been pivotal in our journey.

I’m deeply passionate about addressing major medical gaps, particularly in infection detection. My mission is to create products that make a tangible difference in patients' lives, and this drives everything we do at ParaNano Wound Care. I’m proud to lead a team that shares this vision, and together, we’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in wound care, setting new standards for innovation and impact.
